Terms of Service
By using TIVI Network you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable. If anything is unclear, ask support@tivi.film.
1. Who we are
TIVI Network is a streaming service operated by Mann Robinson Studios LLC, a New York limited liability company. We provide on-demand and live programming under the TIVI brand.
2. The deal
- You pay us a subscription (or a rental, or watch with ads on a free tier). In return you can stream the catalog on your devices.
- The catalog changes. Titles join and leave based on licensing windows. We do our best to notify you before a saved title expires.
- You get up to 4 simultaneous streams on TIVI+ Plus, 6 on Family, 1 on Basic.
- 4K HDR streams on supported devices and bandwidth. We adapt down to fit your connection.
3. Your account
- You must be 13 or older to create an account. 18+ for paid subscriptions.
- One account per household. Don't share credentials outside your household.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- We can suspend or close accounts that share credentials publicly, scrape content, or attempt to circumvent technical protections.
4. Billing
- Web subscriptions bill through Stripe on the day of your last renewal.
- iOS subscriptions bill through Apple under your Apple ID.
- Android subscriptions bill through Google Play.
- Roku subscriptions bill through Roku Pay.
- Cancel anytime before the next billing date. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds for unused days.
- Prices can change with 30 days' notice. If you don't like the new price, cancel.
5. Content rules
When you post comments in "Pause to Discuss" or other interactive features:
- You own what you post. You grant TIVI a non-exclusive license to display it.
- No spoilers outside the scene-locked context. No spam. No hate speech.
- We can remove anything that violates the rules without notice.
- Repeated violations get accounts banned.
6. Copyright
All TIVI Originals are © Mann Robinson Studios LLC. Don't record, screenshot for distribution, or rebroadcast our streams. If you believe content on TIVI infringes your copyright, email dmca@tivi.film with the DMCA notice elements.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but stuff breaks. We don't promise the service will be free of bugs, error-free, or available at all times in all places. If TIVI is down for more than 24 hours and you've paid for that period, contact support for a pro-rated credit.
8. Geo-licensing
Some titles are available only in certain countries because of how rights work. We use your IP and account country to enforce these windows. Don't try to circumvent geo-blocking — accounts that VPN around restrictions can be terminated.
9. Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, TIVI's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Disputes
If we have a dispute, we'll try to resolve it directly first. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by individual arbitration in New York State under the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive class actions. Exception: small-claims court is fine if your dispute qualifies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get a 30-day email heads-up. Continuing to use TIVI after the change date means you accept the new terms.
